Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Wednesday suspended a one-match ban against right-handed batsman Umar Akmal after the 26-year-old appealed against the decision.
The middle-order batsman was banned after he was found guilty of violating the Clothing and Equipment Regulations of the PCB in the recently concluded Quaid-e Azam Trophy tournament.
Under PCB’s regulations, the one-match penalty will remain suspended until the decision of appellate tribunal.
