Ramzan Moon 2016 sighted in Pakistan on 6th June 2016. 1st Rozza will be on Tuesday 7th June.
According to Roit-e-Hilal Committee, Ramadan 1437 Hijri Moon sighted in different parts of country. So, 1st Ramzan will be on Tuesday 7th June 2016.
While wishing Ramzan Mubarak to the entire nation, Army Cheif General Raheel Sharif, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and President Mamnoon Hussain have said that the nation may pray especially for the prosperity and security of Pakistan in this blessed month. They said that the enemies of Pakistan want to destabilize the country.
Government of Pakistan has issued a new schedule of load shedding for the month of Ramazan. According to LESCO, MEPCO, IESCO, FESCO, PESCO, there will be no load shedding during Sehr, Aftar and Taraveeh hours but the 8-hour load shedding schedule for the industrial sector has been maintained.
K-Electric has also announced that there will be no load shedding during Sehr and Aftar hours. MEPCO has also announced no load shedding during the Sehr and Aftar hours.
It is pertinent to mention here that the first Ramzan was observed in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf countries on Monday.
