Pakistan Super League (PSL), the first ever international T20 league of Pakistan, is all set to begin in United Arab Emirates (UAE) from February 4 (Thursday).
Pakistan Super League 2016 includes five teams in their first edition and these names of these participating teams are named after different cities of Pakistan. The participating teams are Quetta Gladiators, Lahore Qalandars, Islamabad United, Peshawar Zalmi and Karachi Kings.
The fifth Twenty20 match will see a fight between the two Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2016 teams Lahore Qalandars and Peshawar Zalmi. The match will take place at Dubai International Cricket Stadium, which is one of the three international cricket stadiums in United Arab Emirates.
The Lahore Qalandars team looks to be one of the strongest teams. They picked Chris Gayle and Dwayne Bravo, the two powerful West Indies players who can change the game any time. Another key player for them is Bangladesh bowler Mustafizur Rahman.
On the other hand, Peshawar Zalmi is not far behind with their team. Pakistan’s superstar, Shahid Afridi will be seen leading the team that includes consistent batsmen like Bangladesh’s Tamim Iqbal and Pakistan’s very own Mohammad Hafeez. They also have bowlers like Wahab Riaz and skipper Afridi can also scalp wickets.
