Hello, and welcome to Dr DY Patil Sports Academy, Mumbai, for the 22nd T20 IPL 2022 between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Chennai Super Kings.
Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore meet in match 22 of the 2022 Indian Premier League on Tuesday night at DY Patil Stadium, Navi Mumbai. CSK has played four and lost four so far in the tournament. RCB lost their first match, but have since won three in a row. Read on as we preview this match. The game starts at 19:30 local time.
CSK has lost games by 6 wickets twice, 54 runs and 8 wickets so far. It’s hard to see how they can turn around their poor form against a team as strong as RCB.
RCB produced an excellent bat and ball team display to defeat Mumbai Indians by 7 wickets in Pune on Saturday. Different players are contributing with the bat and have a very strong bowling attack.
This match between Chennai and Bangalore can be seen live and exclusively on their televisions through Star Sports Network.
To watch the game on the go, people can also tune in on the Hotstar mobile app and website.

RCB vs CSK 22nd T20 Match Team News:
Chennai Super Kings
After losing their first three games, CSK made just one change before their fourth loss to Sunrisers Hyderabad at Navi Mumbai on Saturday. Dwaine Pretorius from South Africa left and Mahesh Theekshana from Sri Lanka entered. There were encouraging runs from the top order and we hope CSK doesn’t change for this match.
Probable XI: Ravindra Jadeja (c), MS Dhoni (wk), Ruturaj Gaikwad, Robin Uthappa, Moeen Ali, Ambati Rayudu, Shivam Dube, Dwayne Bravo, Maheesh Theekshana, Chris Jordan, Mukesh Choudhary.
Royal Challengers Bangalore
Unsurprisingly, Glenn Maxwell of Australia had his first appearance in the 2022 IPL season and replaced Sherfane Rutherford of West Indies before the win over Mumbai Indians. With three wins in a row, we don’t expect to see any change in the RCB XI. Harshal Patel will not be available for selection against CSK for personal reasons.
Probable XI: Faf du Plessis (c), Anuj Rawat, Virat Kohli, Glenn Maxwell, Dinesh Karthik (wk), Shahbaz Ahmed, Wanindu Hasaranga, Siddharth Kaul, David Willey, Mohammed Siraj, Akash Deep.
