Islamabad (APP): Imam-e-Kaaba Sheikh Khalid Al-Ghamdi will lead the Friday prayer at Faisal Mosque Islamabad on today 1st May.
The security and traffic plan for today’s Juma prayer for Islamabad have been issued.
President Mamnoon Hussain will offer Juma prayer behind Imam-e-Kaaba while federal ministers and ambassadors of Muslim countries would also offer the Friday prayer behind him at Faisal Masjid here.
As per the security plan Faisal Masjid would be closed for cars of ordinary cars while Nawaz Chowk, Naval Headquarter Chowk and F-7 Double Road Chowk would be closed for routine traffic.
A shuttle service would be run to take ordinary people to Faisal Masjid while taking mobile phone inside the Masjid would be prohibited and the parking facility for car would be arranged at Faisal Avenue.
Meanwhile, the time of Azan and Namaz at the same time in Islamabad would also be started from today.
