Paris Saint-Germain welcomes Metz to Prinzenpark in Ligue 1 on Wednesday evening (start time 20:00) to win the first game of the new season.
The Parisians got off to a dismal start to the 2020/21 season, losing their first two matches against Lance and Marseille, both scoring poorly 1-0.
Thomas Tuchel had the extra effort to not only feature at Le Classique over the weekend but also exclude three of his key players, including Neymar.
For Metz, it’s a similar tale of suffering: Maroon hasn’t won this season and lost to Monaco and Lille in recent weeks.
Both sides will be desperate to place points in the table but can PSG maintain dominance without Neymar or will Metz attract another early distraction?

Tuhel faced Neymar, Angel Di Maria, Keiler Navas and Leandro Paredes in a match in Marseille, but now has to let go of the first and second after both received red cards against Andre Villas-Boas’ side – Levin Kurzawa also being sent off.
The German can choose Killian Mbape, Marquinhos and Mauro Icardi this weekend, who will provide much-needed quality in midfield and in the final third as PSG hope to claim their first win of the 2020/21 season.
