Earlier on the opening day of the first test, Bangladesh won the toss and opted to bat against Pakistan.
In their first innings, Bangladesh were 236 for 4 wickets at stumps on Tuesday. Bangladesh’s batsman Mominul Haque remained top scorer with 80 runs.
On Day 2 Bangladesh start playing and make 332 total runs in 1st inning of 1st Test Match.
Pakistan have made a good comeback on Day 2 where they bundled out Bangladesh for just 332 after they were 236/4 at stumps on Day 2.
Earlier on the day 2 has been dominated by Pakistan all the way as first their bowlers fought hard in the first session and scalped the remaining six wickets in quick time.
The good bowling show was backed by tremendous batting from Mohammad Hafeez who was brilliant throughout the day. He was well supported by Azhar Ali and these two have so far added unbeaten 177 runs for the second-wicket partnership.
Pakistan now trail by 105 runs and Bangladeshi bowlers would be hoping to make a comeback on the third day to come back in the match.
During the innings, Muhammad Hafeez scored his eighth Test century and also became the oldest opener in Tests cricket to score a century. It was also followed by Azhar, who scored his 19th half-century in Test cricket, as Pakistan closed the day on 227 for the loss of a wicket, with Hafeez unbeaten on 137.
