International cricket resumes in Pakistan as Zimbabwe become the first team to tour the country in over six years. Sri Lanka were the least team to tour Pakistan, but many of their players were left injured after a group of terrorists attacked them while the players were heading to the stadium from the hotel.
The tour kick starts with a two T20I series, both of which will be played at the Gaddafi stadium in Lahore, the same place were the terrorists attacked the Sri Lankan cricketers.
Shahid Afridi will be back to lead his team in the shortest format of the game. Pakistan lost their previous T20I against Bangladesh and will be looking to bounce back with a win over Zimbabwe.
Elton Chigumbura will lead Zimbabwe. He missed the last four games of the ICC Cricket World Cup due to injury.
