LAHORE (March 5, 2017): The much-awaited final of Pakistan Super League is being held in Lahore on Sunday, with Quetta Gladiators and Peshawar Zalmi set for the sensational clash.
After 23 exciting days of cricket, 23 thrilling matches, 6579 runs, 298 wickets, 530 fours and 252 sixes, second edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL) has eventually come across its finalists in the form of Quetta Gladiators and Peshawar Zalmi.
Only time will tell who emerges victorious in second edition of PSL, but one thing is for sure that cricket fans are going to witness an epic battle on March 5 between these two giants of the game.
The final match will be played at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore at 08:00 PM (PST).
Pakistan Cricket Board has extended invitations to the Prime Minister, all governors, chief ministers and former cricketing legends to watch the match.
People from all segments of society are showing great enthusiasm and fervor and waiting eagerly to watch the final live.
All necessary administrative and security measures have been finalized inside and outside of the Qaddafi stadium Lahore for the event.
Provincial government has made adequate security arrangements, with police personnel deployed on special duty.
LESCO has made all necessary arrangements to ensure uninterrupted power supply in the provincial capital, till Monday morning.
Special shuttle bus service shuttle will fetch cricket fans free of charge from different nominated points to Gaddafi Stadium at 1 pm today. – APP
