Islamabad (Web Desk) Prime Minister of Pakistan Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif inaugurated the Metro Bus Service in Rawalpindi and Islamabad today, Sial News Reported.
The Metro bus project situated in Rawalpinid and Islamabd is 23 kilometers long with 24 bus terminals loaded with latest facilities.
Metro station and tracks are surrounded with beautiful sceneries. Total 24 Station on 23 KM long Project.
People are visiting the completed project with their families are appreciating the efforts of the government, news channels reported.
The buses will be air conditioned. Only Rs. 20 will be charged for 20 KM travelling.
According to sources, Islamabad has 14 metro bus terminals whereas 10 stations have been made in Rawalpindi. Only Rs 20 would be charged on 20 km travelling.
The 23-kilometre (14-mile) line, where 68 air-conditioned buses will carry an estimated 135,000 passengers a day along exclusive, signal-free lanes, links the neat, leafy capital with its sprawling twin city Rawalpindi.
