Wordle has taken the world by storm with millions of gamers around the world visiting the powerlanguage website every day to solve the Wordle of the day. The website was recently purchased by The New York Times and there are currently no plans to move the entire game to the New York Times website and it is still free.
The object of the game is simple, decipher the Wordle word in six guesses or less with the only clues being the guesses you make. The words you guess must be in American English for it to count and the tiles will turn green, yellow, or gray. Gray means the letter does not appear in the word, yellow means the letter appears in the word but not in the position where you currently have it. Green means you placed the right letter in the right place.
- Green – You have the right letter in the right place.
- Yellow – You have the correct letter but it is in the wrong position.
- Gray – The letter does not appear in the word at all.

What is Wordle 230 answer today? (February 4, 2022)
This is how I solved the Wordle today. I started with the word “LATER”, which turned out to be a great opening word since the letters L, A, T and E were all yellow, which means that all the letters appear somewhere in the word , but not in these particular positions. . Then I wanted to see if there was a letter that came before the word ‘LATE’ to form the word, so I decided to choose the word ‘SLATE’. With this word, I managed to put the L in the right position and I also knew that it would not be a word that had the letters ATE at the end.
That said, I knew there was an A and an E, meaning those letters were likely to be together and would appear in EA order, as it wasn’t in the form “AE” . It also meant that the word had to end in T, because there was no way the word could start with TL or have LT in the middle, which reduces the word to being ‘-LEAT’.
There are only a few words that could be, like ‘BLEAT’ or ‘CLEAT’, but the word that came to mind and ended up being Wordle 230 is.
Today’s word for Wordle 230 is… PLEAT!
