Since the start of Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2016, Peshawar Zalmi star batsman and goalkeeper Kamran Akmal has played the most matches in the history of the tournament.

From 2016 to 2021, Kamran Akmal only played for one franchise and played a record 69 games. In those games, he scored 1,820 points at a three-century average of 27.57.

The player who has played the second most PSL games is Zalmi skipper and pacemaker Wahab Riaz who has played 67 games. Performance-wise from him, the left-arm pacer managed to collect 94 wickets.

The third player is Quetta Gladiators skipper Sarfraz Ahmed, who has worn the shirt 62 times. Sarfraz also led his team to a PSL title in 2019 and scored 1,189 points.

Fourth place is shared by Mohammad Nawaz, a versatile player from Quetta, and Shoaib Malik, a versatile player from Zalmi, with the two players having played 61 games each.

In 61 matches, Nawaz collected 55 wickets and scored 541 runs, while Malik scored 1481 runs.
