The Pakistani Super League (PSL) have had great individual successes in the last six editions of the tournament.

Here at Geo News, we take a look at the five highest points scored by a player in a game in PSL history:

Colin Ingram – Karachi Kings

Karachi Kings fly-half Colin Ingram has scored the highest runs in a game in PSL history. The South African goalscorer broke the milestone in February 2019 when he scored 127 runs from just 59 balls and was no slouch against the Quetta Gladiators at Sharjah Cricket Stadium. The left-handed batsman hit 12 limits and eight powerful sixes.

Cameron Delport – Islamabad United

Another South African batsman, Cameron Delport, who plays for Islamabad United, earned second place on our list. The left-handed batsman scored 117 runs from just 60 balls and was not left out against Lahore Qalandars at the National Cricket Stadium in Karachi to achieve the massive feat. During the spectacular hit, Delport hit 13 limits and six maximums.

Sharjeel Khan – Islamabad United

The list included another left-handed batsman, Sharjeel Khan, who now plays for the Karachi Kings, achieved the feat with Islamabad United in February 2016 at Dubai International Stadium. Sharjeel’s exceptional tackles against Peshawar Zalmi put him third on the list. The 32-year-old scored 117 points on 62 balls before Wahab Riaz knocked him down. Sharjeel hit 12 limits and eight sixes.

Chris Lynn – Lahore Qalandars

Australian drummer Chris Lynn claims third place on the list. Lynn, who will play for Multan Sultans in the seventh edition of the PSL, made the leap with Lahore Qalandars in March 2020 at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.

The right-handed batsman scored 113 runs on 55 balls and was shut out against his new team Multan Sultans. He crossed 12 limits and eight sixes.

Kamran Akmal – Peshawar Zalmi

Kamran Akmal, who has been part of Peshwar Zalmi since the start of the Pakistan Cricket Board main event, is ranked fifth on the list. The veteran goalkeeper batsman scored 107 runs on 61 balls and was no slouch against Lahore Qalandars at Sharjah Cricket Stadium in March 2018. The 40-year-old hit 11 limits and seven maximums.
